Why we made Elsewhere
Your work already has a home.
Your best computer isn't always the one in front of you. Neither are all your files, applications or project tools. Elsewhere makes those resources reachable through one private connection, so your workflow can travel with you.
We built Elsewhere around the tools people already trust. A desktop app, a shared folder and a private development service can all use the same connection. You choose the software. Elsewhere brings your devices together.
Keep your workflow.
Use your existing remote desktop, file-sharing and development tools. Reach files where they live, without moving everything into a new cloud service.
Keep access private.
Connect paired devices without exposing your desktop or file services to the public internet. Encryption starts and ends on your devices.
Work across distance.
Elsewhere connects directly on your local network and uses an encrypted internet relay when you're away. One connection for the work you need to reach.
The Originless foundation
Infrastructure behind you.
Your work in front of you.
Elsewhere brings Originless's approach to infrastructure into private device access. Its internet relay runs on Cloudflare's global network, carrying traffic that your devices have already encrypted.
The goal is straightforward: useful access to your own machines, with simple pricing for personal and solo work. Elsewhere is the connection underneath the applications you choose.
